Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return or refund, the following conditions apply:

  • Your request must be made within 30 days of the delivery date
  • The product must have been purchased directly from our website
  • The Box must be unopened and in its original sealed condition
  • You must provide proof of purchase — your order number or order confirmation email is sufficient
Non-Returnable Items

Because our products are consumable wellness supplements, certain return limitations apply for health and safety reasons. The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Products returned more than 30 days after delivery

Refund Processing

Once your return request is received and reviewed, we will notify you by email within 1–2 business days. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow the following timeframes:

  • Credit and debit cards: 3–7 business days to appear on your statement
  • PayPal and digital wallets: 1–3 business days
Sale Items Items purchased at a promotional or sale price are not eligible for a refund. Only regular priced items may be refunded.
Late or Missing Refunds

If you have been approved for a refund but have not seen it yet, we recommend the following steps before reaching out:

  • Check your bank or credit card account — processing times vary by institution
  • Contact your card issuer or bank directly, as refunds can take a few days to post officially
  • Check your spam or junk folder for any refund confirmation email from us

Exchanges & Replacements

If your order arrived damaged, defective, or with the wrong product, we will send you a replacement at absolutely no additional cost. Simply contact us within 30 days with a brief description and, where possible, a photo of the issue.

If you would like to exchange a product for a different item from our collection, contact us and we will do our best to accommodate you based on current stock availability.

Gifted Orders: If a Major Stone product was purchased as a gift and shipped directly to you, you are entitled to the same 30-day guarantee. You will receive store credit for the value of the return. The original purchaser will not be notified.

How to Initiate a Return

Returning a product is straightforward. Here is how to get started:

  • Our team will respond within 1 business day with return instructions and a return address
  • Pack the product securely and ship it using a trackable method — we recommend keeping your tracking number
  • Once received and inspected, your refund or replacement will be processed within 2 business days

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect — in which case we will cover the return shipping in full.
